Optional upgrade items included with the packages are provided at discounted rates. These discount rates may not apply if you decide to purchase them later, so consider which options you want up front carefully to ensure you get the solution you want at the cheapest price.
The complete website design package includes up to 10 pages standard. If we deem your content and design to be straight forward we may include additional pages at our discretion.
The eCommerce website package includes the front page custom designed and then a customised script for your back-end online shop functionality. This can be modified further based on your requirements and a subsequent quotation.
Flash animation for banners and pages are treated as individual design projects, allowing you to provide up to 5 rounds of changes and feedback so that you get the flash animation you desire. Too-Write may provide additional changes at our discretion depending upon the complexity and labour involved.
Timeframes are estimates only as each project is different and the responsiveness of the customer to provide feedback, information and approvals at each stage can vary.
You will be allocated a project manager and all questions, specifications and details should go through them. We prefer correspondence to be conducted via email wherever possible so that we have an audit trail for changes, updates and so that we can ensure we get a clear understanding of your requirements and can work towards achieving them exactly as you have detailed.
